BRYAN BRADFORD
COACH
As the head coach of the 2034 Predators, Coach Bradford brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our program. His energy, enthusiasm, and love for lacrosse make playing for the 2034 Predators a truly unique and rewarding experience. Coach Bradford's lacrosse journey is distinguished by exceptional achievements and leadership. As a true two-way midfielder and face-off man, he played collegiate lacrosse at Salisbury University, where he served as team captain and won three consecutive national championships in 2003, 2004, and 2005. His outstanding performance on the field earned him USILA All-American honors, while his academic excellence was recognized with USILA Academic All-American accolades. Before his collegiate success, Coach Bradford was a standout player at Fallston High School, where he was a four year varsity letter winner and served two years as a team captain. In 2001, he led his team to a state championship victory and was individually honored with selections to the All Baltimore Metro and All Harford County teams. Coach Bradford's incredible love for the game and his dedication to helping young athletes reach their full potential in a positive team environment make him the valued leader of our coaching staff.
RONNIE STAINES
COACH
Coach Ronnie Staines brings elite-level experience and leadership to our defensive unit. A four-year starter at the University of North Carolina, Ronnie anchored the Tar Heels’ close defense and started all 38 games during his collegiate career. In his senior season, he was named team captain and MVP while earning First Team All-ACC and First Team Division I All-American honors—cementing his place as one of the top defenders in the country. Following his standout college career, Ronnie was selected 9th overall in the first round of the 2004 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft by the Boston Cannons. He went on to play seven seasons in the MLL, competing at the highest level and bringing toughness, intelligence, and leadership to every team he was part of. Now, as a youth lacrosse coach, Ronnie is committed to passing along the same discipline, intensity, and love for the game that defined his playing career. He emphasizes strong fundamentals, high-character leadership, and team-first mentality, helping young players grow both on and off the field.
MATT MUSCI
COACH
Coach Musci brings elite NCAA Division I coaching experience and a championship pedigree to his role as Chief of Staff & Youth Director at Predators Lacrosse. He currently serves as the Offensive Coordinator at Towson University, where he continues to build on his reputation as a proven offensive strategist. In 2024, he led the 7th-ranked scoring offense in the nation and helped guide his team to a 15th national ranking in 2025. Under his leadership, the team won back-to-back CAA Tournament Championships and went undefeated in conference play for two straight seasons. Musci coached multiple All-Americans, including standout Mikey Weisshaar, a Tewaaraton Trophy nominee and two-time CAA Offensive Player of the Year, along with Nick DeMaio and Chop Gallagher. His coaching résumé includes Offensive Coordinator roles at Providence, Lafayette and Saint Leo University. Known for his passion, precision, and player-first approach, Musci now leads youth development at Predators Lacrosse, focused on building a competitive, fun, and fundamentally strong culture where young athletes can thrive.
CHRISTIAN FUSTING
COACH
Coach Christian Fusting brings decades of playing experience, leadership, and passion for the game to youth lacrosse. A Maryland native, Christian played his high school lacrosse at St. Paul’s School, where he helped lead the program to an MSA Championship in 1991. He continued his career at University of Colorado, serving as a team captain and helping the Buffaloes capture the RMILL Championship in 1993.
