RECRUITING

PREDATOR LACROSSE RECRUITING

This is our passion. Where the rubber meets the road is where you’ll find a team of dedicated coaches and recruiting directors staffed to help guide your individual journey. Years after the final whistle blew, the opportunities lacrosse afforded the Predators staff is not lost on us. Our Recruiting Directors, Steve Settembrino and Andy Hilgartner, have the unique opportunity of coaching two of the top High School programs out there. Mentorship has been a staple in regards to the success of their programs. Our aim is to mentor (counsel is another option) young men so they can make decisions that will impact their lives for not just the next 4 years, but the next 40. Developing and fostering personal relationships with players allows us to couple the college dream with our platform for success.

The recruiting process is very specific and unique. At the same time, college recruitment is an imperfect process that can be a daunting journey for first time families. Not everyone is a blue-chip recruit and it’s a difficult balancing act of tournaments, showcases, prospect days, and direct outreach that requires time and resources. By drawing on the experience of our coaches and Recruiting Directors our goal is to provide each player with a tailored approach that maximizes the right opportunities that align with their academic, social, and athletic aspirations.

Our program has developed strategic alliances and deep networks with the top showcase and tournament directors allowing us to position our players and maximize their exposure. The coaching staff uses their extensive contacts in the college coaching community to help each and every Predator find the best possible home.

Where there’s a will, there’s a way. We’re here to help.
