ANDREW SELLERS

COACH

Coach Sellers brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Predators Lacrosse program. A 2008 graduate of Archbishop Curley High School, Sellers continued his lacrosse career at Salisbury University, graduating in 2012 as a member of one of the most respected Division III programs in the country. He played professionally in Major League Lacrosse from 2012 to 2017, competing at the highest level and gaining invaluable experience. Since 2014, he has been a key part of the coaching staff at McDonogh School, helping to shape one of the premier high school lacrosse programs in the nation. Within the Predators program, Coach Sellers has successfully led the 2026 high school team, playing a vital role in their development and competitive success. He now brings his expertise to the 2029 Black team, where he continues to focus on building strong fundamentals, team culture, and a love for the game. Known for his leadership, high lacrosse IQ, and commitment to player growth, Coach Sellers is a trusted mentor and coach at every level he works with.

DON SCHLINE

COACH

Coach Schline brings a deep-rooted passion for the game and a strong defensive mindset to the Predators Lacrosse program. His lacrosse journey began as a long-stick midfielder with the Cockeysville Rec program, followed by a standout high school career in the MIAA at Gilman School. He went on to compete at the collegiate level for the University of North Carolina, playing for one of the nation’s top Division I programs. Coach Schline has spent years giving back to the game, coaching numerous teams within the Carroll Manor Rec program. He served as an assistant coach for the Team 91 2025s, helping lead the team to an incredible 81-0 record. He has also contributed to player development at the high school level as an assistant with Calvert Hall’s Fresh/Soph team. Known for his focus on fundamentals, discipline, and team culture, Coach Schline is passionate about teaching the game the right way. He emphasizes sportsmanship, accountability, and the character development of young men both on and off the field.

SEAN HEFFERNAN

COACH

Coach Sean P. Heffernan, known to many as "Coach Heff," brings a decorated playing career and over two decades of coaching experience to the field. As an attackman at Dulaney High School, Heffernan earned 1st Team All-Metro and All-American honors in both 1989 and 1990, helping lead his team to back-to-back undefeated MPSSAA state championships. He continued his lacrosse journey at CCBC Essex, where he played a key role in the team’s 1991 NJCAA National Championship — also marking the first-ever Maryland State Junior College title. He was named a 1st Team NJCAA All-American in 1992 and was later inducted into the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2024. Coach Heff finished his collegiate career at Loyola University, competing in the 1993 and 1994 seasons and earning Honorable Mention All-American honors in 1994. With over 20 years of experience coaching youth lacrosse, Coach Heff is deeply committed to developing young athletes and giving back to the game that has shaped his life. His passion, knowledge, and dedication make him a respected and impactful presence in the lacrosse community.
