Preds is run by two of the most well-respected coaches in the MIAA A Conference, the best high school lacrosse conference in the entire country. Simply put, no one knows better than we do what it takes to play at that level. So, if your goal is for your son to become a player capable of competing at the highest level, no other club can offer what we do. We have specifically designed this program to help your son develop the skills necessary to make an MIAA roster, become a contributor, and, if they have the desire and motivation, play at the collegiate level.

No other club can offer the level of coaching that Preds can.

John Greene

COACH

Coach Greene played at St Paul’s and then at Franklin & Marshall College. At F&M he played both lacrosse and football. Individual and team honors include: conference championships, team captain, MVP, 2x 1st Team All Centennial Conference, Academic AA. Prior to joining Predators, he coached youth lacrosse at MLC, Cockeysville, Koopers, and True.

SEAN P HEFFERNAN

COACH

Sean P. Heffernan, aka Coach Heff. As a player, was an attackman. Played at Dulaney High School. Selected 1st team All Metro and All-American in both 1989 and 1990, where the team won 2 undefeated MPSSAA state championships during those seasons. Attended CCBC Essex where the team won the 1991 NJCAA National Championship, winning the first ever MD State Junior College title. Earned 1st Team All-American honors in 1992. Played at Loyola University during the 1993 and 1994 seasons, earning honorable mention All-American honors in 94. Coach Heff has coached youth lacrosse for over 20 years, and has a passion for developing young players, and enjoys giving back to the great sport of lacrosse.
