ERIC GREENBERG

HEAD COACH

Eric joined Predators Lacrosse in 2020 as the Youth Director of the Westchester Boys Program. Under his leadership, the youth program experienced rapid growth, expanding its number of teams and raising the level of competition. In 2023, Eric was appointed as the first-ever CEO of Predators Lacrosse. In this role, he oversees day-to-day operations, manages program directors, and focuses on the program's long-term success.

Eric grew up in Mamaroneck and attended Mamaroneck High School, where he tallied 214 points during his career. He earned All-League and All-Section honors in his sophomore, junior, and senior years and was named an All-American in his senior year. Eric was also recognized as a 2016 MSG Varsity Hudson Valley First Team honoree. After high school, Eric continued his lacrosse career at Lehigh University. In addition to his playing career, Eric founded E-LAX Training, a player development company. Over the past eight years, he has trained thousands of athletes of all ages and skill levels across the Westchester, NYC, and Fairfield County areas.

STEVE SETTEMBRINO

ASSOCIATED HEAD COACH

Coach Settembrino, just named the Head Coach at St Paul’s, will be joining Predators Lacrosse as a director. Coach Settembrino coached collegiately at Mercyhurst, Binghamton and his alma mater UMBC. At Mercyhurst, Coach Settembrino helped guide the Lakers to the 2011 Division 2 National Championship. During his playing career for the Retrievers UMBC won 
the America East Championship in 2005, 2008, 2009 
and advanced to the NCAA quarterfinals in 2007. Coach Settembrino was also named the Retriever’s Unsung Hero in 2009. Coach Settembrino grew up in Yorktown NY, a lacrosse hotbed. While at Yorktown, Coach Settembrino was a 4 year varsity letter winner, a 2003 NYS Champion, 
a two year captain and a 2004 All American.
